At J1S Group Homes, LLC, our mission is to provide Veterans and seniors returning to the community after incarceration with a safe, supportive, and respectful place to call home. We are committed to helping residents rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope by providing stable housing, life-skills support, reentry guidance, peer encouragement, and opportunities for positive community integration.  We believe everyone deserves a fresh start, a sense of belonging, and the opportunity to build a brighter future.

OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES:

✓ Safe & Comfortable Housing

    Clean, secure and well-maintained shared or private accommodations

✓ Life-Skills Support

    Guidance with budgeting, daily living, organization and responsible independence

✓ Reentry Guidance

    Support connecting seniors recently released from prison with housing 

✓ Peer Support

    Encouragement, accountability and a positive sense of brotherhood and sisterhood

✓ Amenities

    Utilities and Wi-Fi included * fully furnished rooms * SSI/SSDI welcome * no credit check required

✓ Community Integration

    Support to help residents build healthy routines and a positive new chapter

RATES:

Shared Room -  $700 per month
Private Room - $900 per month

Non-Refundable Move-In Fee: $250
